Pamela Taylor provides professional tax and bookkeeping services to clients in the greater Oklahoma City Metro Area. After working as a staff accountant at a construction firm for a few years, she returned to college in 2002 to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University.  During this time she started working for Gary Skibicki, CPA, PC.

Ms. Taylor obtained her degree in 2005 and continued to hone her skills while working for Gary Skibicki as a tax preparer and bookkeeper. In 2010 she became an Enrolled Agent, a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and partial owner of All Tax, Inc. The Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years. They must also pass a background check.

As an Enrolled Agent Ms. Taylor provides tax preparation for individuals and businesses as well as audit representation, Offers in Compromise, and basic payroll and bookkeeping services.

In 2013, Ms. Taylor became the sole owner of All Tax, Inc. and moved the office to its current location at 5001 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 301, where she continues to provide the same high-quality work that built her reputation.

Since 2008, when Ms. Taylor decided she wanted to become a licensed tax professional, she has averaged 46 Continuing Professional Education hours annually and has a goal to one day serve on the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council and the NAEA board. She is obliged to help improve the country’s tax system, and is not afraid to speak up on behalf of others.

Ms. Taylor lives in the Oklahoma City area with her husband, Charles; daughter, Julianna; their dog, Daisy and two cats, Tigger and Ginger. She is a graduate of Crooked Oak High School and enjoys the rewards of volunteer work and church service. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, gardening, cooking, and bicycling.
